Other Payment Plan Information

Late fee
A late fee of $35 is applied on the 2nd  and the 16th after the 1st due if the minimum payments is not paid by 11:59pm on the 1st of the month due. Fees will continues each month until paid up to date. Being late could lock you out of online study with the 6 month deadline still applying. Always communicate early when you have financial issues to get options. Accrued late fees will be due to graduate. All paid late fees go into a scholarship fund for students experiencing hardship during their course.

We are a small school and unlike bigger schools we can offer flexibility to those with financial issues during their payment plan. If you are having financial difficulties or serious life issues then you must notify the instructor before the due date to get flexibility with your payment. There are no refunds on any paid cost here since payment plans pay for cost as used. Your course can be temporarily paused for up to 90 days or you can get time completion extensions with proof of your serious hardship. (Medical, death, job loss, fire etc). Disappearing, not saying anything and just missing payments will create negative opportunities for assistance later. We want to work with students having financial issues but consider that we have pre-paid costs to take the course that are non refundable to us (especially our biggest expense for each student to use the online study per month/per student access). Just communicate when you are having financial issues, we all have those types of days (we are not here to judge that) we want to see you get your license to have more financial opportunities for the future. It's our passion and why this school exist.

A missed payment more than 15 days late with no contact made by email, text or phone message (to the school) could instantly fail a student from the course. Contacting us is important to change your mind later for discounts to restart.
Those that have issues for allergies to chemicals, attend your first day BEFORE doing acrylics or gels to understand how to avoid this. Mani/Pedi only services can be VERY profitable working in a Spa to never even work with acrylics!

For those that applied with Klarna, Affirm or Apple Pay you must pay back your loan with them (with no refunds) even if you quit the course here.

A refund of any paid cost is not given to those that quit a course at any time, this includes paid in full. If you are not serious about completion of the course consider the down payment option. Completed hours for transfer is given based on attended lab days and completed testing at the school. Restarting a quit course will require updated fees paid that varies based on work completed, new updated exam requirements, your completed attendance/testing, when you restart/continue and what you have paid. We don't get refund on your card transaction fees or pre-paid limited online study access.

Completion delays past six months could instantly fail a student with no refunds. The online study access is paid up front for a use up to six months study only. A course can be paused with pre-notification to use the balance of pre-paid (non expired) online study months within the one year of paying to enroll. On the 185th day after enrolling by a down payment or payment in full, if the student has not completed the online study to pass testing at the school (and minimum attendance), then they have instantly failed the course.

Students that missed their 2024 or 2025 monthly payment(s) and did not reach out to us should contact us within a year of the date they made a down payment to enroll into the course (to see what the discounted cost is to re-enroll and continue finishing the course). We want to see all our students get licensed but we can't do it for you. Contact Ms. Vivian by email to discuss your cost to restart the new course before one year of the date you paid to enroll is expired. After one year of paying to enroll with a down payment, you are considered failed and must pay at the beginning to restart a new updated course.
